My kids are 3 years apart and I did not want a double. We have a Bugaboo Buffalo and a wheelie board that my older child can stand and ride on. It has been really great. We also live in a city with no car, so maybe that would play into your decision too.

Thanks for the replies! I guess we'll just keep it for now. I didn't relative that it can turned into a double, either, so that's cool.

We still use the single. Sometimes I just have one kid with me(mine are 15 months apart), and would feel silly putting just one in the double stroller

Good question-- I bought the UBV in small part because I can add the rumble seat or ride along board down the line. But I live in the city and walk everywhere-- if I had to fold it up and put it in the car a lot I think I'd get sick of it fast. We are planning to get a g-luxe or other umbrella stroller this summer. I don't anticipate getting a proper double stroller since C will probably be 3 by the time we have another baby.

We still use our single a lot. Sometimes it's easier to just take one stroller and my older one walks, then if he gets tired he will sit in the stroller and we will put the baby in the Ergo or just carry him depending on the situation. Also when we go to certain places where space is tight or we might want to separate then we will take our two single strollers instead of the double.

My kids are 6 years apart, so irrelevant, but there will be times when one kid goes with mom and one with dad. So, if you already have 2 single strollers, I'd hang on to them.

It depends how far apart the LO's are in age but we still use our single BOB and I just bought a g-luxe...I usually have my oldest walk and have since he was 3.5 (unless we went running with the double BOB)

We have an Uppababy Vista that I am considering selling since we are using the G-luxe more often now. My husband prefers the Vista because it rides better, but I hate lugging it around. In any case, I'm trying to figure out if you even end up using a single stroller once you have more children? I'm thinking that if we do decide to have another, we'll have to get on the double stroller bandwagon anyways, so there's no point in keeping the Vista. What was your stroller situation once you had another baby? Thanks!
