olive goes down between 7 - 7:30. Charlie goes down at 8:30. His bedtime was 7:30 forever, but in the past year or so it moved later.

@regberadaisy: I know, it's crazy!!! And I think the time change is really what's making me ready for a change. It still light out when he goes to bed now.

@T-Mom: Ha Ha...drunk and stumbling. When we let my LO stay up later for an event, he just gets a second wind and acts like a lunatic. Even a half hour later might be nice, at this point, but I don't like him to get overtired at all regularly.

DS is 18 months and he sleeps at 7:30 on the nose. He used to sleep closer to 7, but over time morphed to 7:30. He can stay up later like for special occasions but he acts drunk and stumbles around everywhere. DD is 4 and she sleeps at 8:30. She used to sleep at 7 at DS's age, but as she got older put up more resistance and was able to function for longer. It gets better, but if you have more than one, you are always limited by the earlier time!

DD is 2.5 and she's asleep between 7:30 and 8:00. DS is 1 on Saturday and he's usually out between 7 and 7:30. So for us, it did get a little later, but not much. And now that DD is working on dropping her nap, I'm sure we'll be moving her bedtime back to 6:30/7 pretty soon.

My 11 month old son is asleep every night by 7pm. I was wondering if that bedtime would naturally get later as he gets older? Right now I'm torn between loving the fact that 7pm means I get more adult time in the evenings and the fact that it's difficult to participate in a lot of activities because we have to start his bedtime routine at 6:30. It seems like most of my friends' toddler go to bed from 8-8:30pm and I was wondering if this was more the norm for that age? What time does your toddler go to bed? How old are they?
