There is no option for a school schedule (i.e. if you enroll, you are expected to keep your child in through the summer). I think the difference is that it is literally called a daycare, not a school. I believe they aren't closed during winter/March break, They are done their regular program in June and have a summer program in the summer months (more field trips and play). Most of them close for winter vacation, march break (some have "camps") and offer a summer program. I think I expected for really little ones it would be more like daycare - all year round.</p> <p>Is this normal? </p>
