During that time, you can focus on LO 2 and when LO 2 is napping, so you can take a shower, exercise, whatever. I think her duties should be primarily with the kids since she is a nanny and not a maid. My cousin's live-in is available from 9:30-2:30 for us since her kids are in school, we'd prefer to use her since she's been with the family for a long time and is trusted. </p> <p>If you have help part-time, what are their duties? Light cleaning? Feeding/playing with the older kid? I am a control freak so I want to make all LO1's meals and play with him and tend to all LO2's needs as well - help me delegate! </p>
