Sucks, but then I don't think I'll feel guilty taking off whenever I need to for LO and not worrying about "making" a certain number of hours. Ideally, I would work Monday &amp; Tuesday at the office, Thursday from home and Wed/Fri off. He told me he prefers I stay FT and work 2 days from the office and 3 from home but he will think about PT and get back to me. Yay!</p> <p>Do you work part time? Do you get an adjusted lower salary or get paid hourly now? </p>
