This new job is a great opportunity, but I feel bad about leaving my current job, especially since another person on my team JUST left, and it leaves my boss in a rough spot. </p> <p>My boss and I have become friends over the past 6 years he is such a great guy. I want to give him something to let him know I really appreciate the opportunities he has given me, and also to show him I will definitely miss working for him. </p> <p>Would you give a gift? If so, what would you give? </p> <p>FWIW: I gave him a nice bottle of scotch every Christmas, but he said he still has plenty of that left. </p>
