@Ginabean3: aw so sweet! What about breakfast sausage? Cheese (cut in heart shaped) and crackers. Berry smoothies? You can make pancakes without eggs and use a heart shaped Cooke cutter?

So DD's third bday is coming up and I'm having a very small Valentine's Day themed party for her. It's going to be on a Thursday morning with her 4 best friends and their moms (my best friends as well!). I want to put on a good spread but need some help. The challenge is that one of the girls has a big egg allergy. 😔 So what are some good treats that don't have egg? I'm going to make cupcakes and replace the egg with applesauce, yogurt and berry parfaits, fruit, what else? The party is from 10-12 so brunch food is what I am thinking....but whenever I think of brunch I think of eggs and pastries (with egg!). Any advice would be great. I want this little girl to be able to enjoy things! Her mom already said not to go to the trouble and that she can bring something for her (so sweet) but being that they are such good friends of ours, I really don't mind making things that she can eat. ☺️
