But other than that, as long as your are planning to have it be pretty low key I don't see how it would be that bad. Almost better since you will have it de cluttered and clean for showings anyway, so you won't have to clean for the party. She wants a party, but we don't really want to pay to have it somewhere else other than the house. It will be just family and a couple of her friends. DO you think it's managable to have it at a house that could potentially be sold? We know closing dates are at least 60 days out in our area, so even if it does sell i doubt we will close before her birthday. Opinions? </p>
