Mine was getting up and staying up in the early mornings for awhile so we reduced nap time. Worked for us by I admittedly have no idea if that's what your LO needs.

How old is your LO?

My s is 5 months, and lately has been super squirmy after his 4 am feed. I pretty much can't get back to sleep (we co sleep). I'm wondering what on earth the deal is, because he falls back asleep super easily after every other feed, but not this one....sigh.

For the past few nights LO wakes up anywhere between 4 and 5:30 a.m. and thinks it's party time. She gets up and starts to dance, bounce, sing, hit me in my face, crawl all over us, etc. We co-sleep, sometimes she's right next to me in bed or sidecarred in her crib. She'll stay up for 1-3 hours and then goes back to sleep. Right now her wonky schedule is okay since I'm not working but when I go back to work this will not work!

She usually wakes up around this time to nurse but she has always gone back to sleep.

I have no idea what to do. This is also messing up her sleep schedule at childcare. What the heck is up with her?
