Australian govt says eyes must be completely open, staring directly at the camera, mouth closed in a neutral pose (no smiling), and there must not be any part of another person in the photo (ie someone steadying the head or something like that). I had her on a baby lounger covered in a white sheet. Instead of using the picture editing tool they have on the US govt site, I used this one because it saves it much larger. I then saved it into 6 pictures together, so I can print it out as a normal sized picture.</p> <p>Since the site had the option to have them print it, I figured might as well do it as a back-up. Well, the pictures turned out so well! They actually EDITED the background! Instead of folds of white sheet, it's just plain white! I should have gotten them to do it from the beginning - I wasted so many hours retaking them because of shadow! There was no way we could get him to hold his head up straight! She actually did really well. The hardest part was getting him to open his eyes!
