My left side has always been slightly bigger than my right (most women aren't perfectly symmetrical) and the difference became even more extreme during pregnancy. It's still huge, but it actually usually produces slightly less than my right side. Has a slower letdown, too.

t is 5 1/2 weeks old and I have this problem. I have been trying to even it out using the techniques on the kellymom link that @runsyellowlites posted, but have net had great luck yet. It's hard because she eats for so much longer at the bigger (right) one, so even when I double up feedings on my sad boob (left), the right stays bigger. Ugh!

My left boob was bigger than the right for a long time while breastfeeding, but they've evened out now. Too bad they've deflated :(

I've had this happen during times that P reverse cycled & night nursed basically from just the one side (that she preferred). You can actually even it back out pretty easily if you're still nursing. Just try & start all feedings on that side & every other feeding be *just* from that side. It should help it "catch up" some to the other or atleast level the other out to not be so much bigger. Just be sure to keep an eye out on your supply from the currently bigger breast so that it still gets enough stimulation to keep producing. It took a couple days but mine got back to "even". =) http://kellymom.com/bf/got-milk/lopsided/

I had lopsided boobage for awhile. My right side had much more milk despite trying to evenly feed, I guess I wasn't as even as I thought or right boob just somehow was better. But they've gone back to normal now, no crazy noticeable difference, my left boob might even be slightly bigger.

I BF my LO and for as long as I can remember, my right side has produce at least 2x as much as my left. I know this is mostly my fault from feeding her on my right side more often in the early days due to it being easier to get her positioned on that side, but it didn't bother me. A few days ago, though, I woke up and realized my boobs are completely lopsided now. My right side is at least a full cup size larger than my left, and bad enough that DH half-jokingly suggested that I stuff my left side when we went to a party because it was really noticeable, even with my clothes on.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, did it correct itself over time/when you stopped BF? If not, what did you do? I am considering strapping my left side to a pump whenever possible, but I am not sure how much that will help or if it is necessary.

I had been feeling pretty happy with my pp body, but this has me really bummed out :(
