We has fresh, local milk, I could even buy it direct from a farmer if I wanted to. In the supermarket, they sell milk just like in the US. Which could be bad? I personally just prefer the taste of non homogenized milk.. No weird non-refrigerated milk, except for the chocolate bottles. Some of the other national brands like horizon and organic valley also do ultra pasteurized, but it depends on the size and what part of the country your milk is coming from. In my store, most of the organic brands' half gallon cartons are ultra pasteurized, but the gallon size (jugs) are mostly pasteurized. I always read the label carefully..</p> <p>There is also the issue of homogenized vs non homogenized...
