The fact that she is supposed to be well-versed in maintaining confidentiality (whether it be happy news or otherwise) makes this even worse.</p> <p>Even though I swore her to secrecy, my mom told my brother that DH and I are expecting. I wanted to (and did) tell my brother in a unique way, but when I finally spoke to my brother about it, he confessed that he had known for almost a month. To say that I was disappointed was an understatement.
