<description>&#60;p&#62;Wow you guys weren't kidding about awesome customer service. They refunded my $20 and apologized like 20 times. They sent a message to UPS to deliver asap and if I don't receive it by the end of the day tomorrow they'll look into refunding me or getting a replacement. &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I think it's definitely worth opening up  a chat since you paid extra. But I did read somewhere that if the delay is weather there's nothing they can do about it. So I'm not sure if they will be willing to reimburse you if the delay is due to weather. I've also heard they'll extend Free Prime for like 3m if they can't meet their guaranteed shipping deadline.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I ordered a new baby monitor from Amazon and paid $20 for one day shipping because we needed it asap. I ordered it within the time frame to receive today. UPS said it would be delivered before 8pm. At 7:30pm they changed the tracking status to DELAYED and it won't be out for delivery again until tomorrow. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If I complained to Amazon could anything be done about it? It was painful for me to pay the extra $$ for shipping so I'm pissed that it was useless.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I just assume they'll say &#34;delays happen and there's nothing you can do about it&#34; so I'm hesitant to make a big deal out of it. What do you think?
