I didn't. My hair is actually at its longest I think it has ever been and I've really been enjoying it...now if I could just get the dryness under control. This weather is creating havoc with it.

I did! I had really long hairthat went longer than mid-back) but at 4 months I got so fed up with maintenance that I just got rid of it all. I've never looked good with short hair but my stylist did a great job making it look good on me, now its just past my chin and I think I might keep it like this for awhile!

My hair is curly, so short hair actually takes more effort for me. I have to straighten it everyday or it looks extremely poofy at the length it is now. Once it gets past shoulder length, I can put de-frizz serum or mousse in it when I get out the shower and I'm done!

I'm trying to grow it out now for a variety of reasons. We are starting TTC in April so I'm thinking when a baby comes, it will be long enough to take 2 minutes post-shower instead of the 20 it takes now.

no, I look awful with shorter hair. I didnt have to deal with the hair falling out, just wiht Liv yanking on it sometimes, but I can deal with that. Its probably about 3-4 inches past my armpits =o)

I was actually thinking about cutting my hair into a short halle berry style cut, but that would require more maintainance than just leaving it the length it is now

I haven't done it but I'm thinking about it. I have really long hair. But it's thin and it's been thinning a lot since the babes. I'm scared to chop it though! I might just take a few inches off then consider taking more off the next time. It's silly for me to have such long hair right now though, the baby just tries to grab it and eat it.

I did - but my hair dresser didn't cut it as short as I wanted. I actually wanted to go short-short but it was more of a shaping. I did a massive post wedding chop and it was borderline disasterous!

I've been wanting too but my lo is a grabber, so I always have it in a pony. If I didn't, she would try to yank it out. So I'm waiting for that stage to be over first.

I did around 5 months pp because that is when my son's started grabbing and pulling and that included my hair. It was the motivator to go really short and I'm happy I did.

I got a post baby chop when my first was around 4-5 months. I cut it to chin length (like Victoria Beckham's style) which i had never done before. I have hair that will frizz too, so I also got Japanese thermal reconditioning (magic straight) along with the cut. i had been getting that done every few years for the past number of years anyway, but specifically couldn't wait to do it again after baby because my hair is so smooth and the wash-n-go type afterwards.

I really wanted to, but I actually needed to keep mine long enough so that I could pull it back with the baby. There is nothing worse than trying to burp a baby on your shoulder and having to move your hair out of the way first.

I didn't manage a haircut until 5.5 months p/p! Don't be like me, though. But low maintenance is definitely the way to go.

I didn't! Although I really wanted to, vanity prevented me from doing so. I look terrible with short hair. :(

My hair has been growing steadily since I cut it to chin-length in January. I figure I'll want to cut it shoulder-length once the baby comes because I won't be able to/won't want to spend 20 minutes with a hair dryer every morning. I'm one of those people that has to wash my hair daily or it looks like it hasn't been washed in a week and I can't let it air dry due to frizz. Boo.

Did you get a post baby chop?
