For C's birthday last year my SIL ordered a personalized backpack. 6 weeks and 3 backpacks later (including sending us the same exact messed up one twice) they finally got it right. </p> <p>Their customer service was great, but their staff in order fulfillment and shipping sucked.</p> <p>They did get a stocking order from my MIL correct this year though. Off center embroidery on the completely wrong stocking (rob Jr. On a girl angel). Customer service is great though!
