I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS and some of my research has shown that BCP can be a good way to manage it sometimes. I would speak to your doctor about what BCP to use for PCOS.

I had a baby about 10 weeks ago. I would like to have some form of birth control, as we do not want another baby right now. I was iffy on starting the BCP again (I was on Ocella/Yaz, and my doctor was going to take me off of it (he then retired, while I was pregnant, so I'm not sure what he would have done)). I would start BCP again because it seems like the best option (I don't want an IUD) and don't want to rely on condoms/less reliable things. I do want something that will help my PCOS, as well. I don't konw what kind of BCP would be good for someone with PCOS.

Suggestions?

Thanks!
