I'm having some crazy bad pelvic pain at 36 weeks pregnant with my second. I just ordered a maternity belt to get through the last month. I barely walked this weekend because the crotch kicks were the worst. Since I have PTO I'll lose, I'm taking two weeks off instead of grimacing at the thought of walking to work every morning.

I had SPD so bad with my second I had to bite down on my sheets and literally screamed and cried every time I moved and got out of bed. It made walking and standing difficult. It was horrible and started pretty early. It went away briefly early in the 3rd tri, but that is when I broke my foot, so I think the pain just for deflected lol. It ended up being part of the reason we induced at 40 weeks instead of waiting it out until 41 (induction was happening either way).

Spd most likely. I had it. It hurt to cross my legs that's how bad it was. I started seeing a chiropractor and it made a huge difference.

I had something like that with number one. I think it was SPD. I had a lot of trouble standing and walking. eith number two I looked up Yoga for SPD and found a workout that helped a ton! Especially the pelvic tilts.

Mine is really bad now, at 20 weeks. It honestly feels like I've been repeatedly kicked in the crotch. My midwife says its normal for second pregnancies, because the muscles are looser so baby is sitting lower. Sigh...

Having moderate to severe pelvic pain, especially when standing, in the front portion of my pelvis. I never experienced anything like this with DD1, is this normal? Did you have pelvic pain with #2 or this early? Will it be like this for the rest of the pregnancy?
