I was walking too but barely.<br /> I tested the week's estimator one and it was wrong. It said 1-2weeks when it should have said 3+. With ectopics a lot of times your hcg levels stop doubling (mine stopped at 400). Also my pain from ectopic was very clearly on one side. If your pain is more centered, it doesn't sounds like my ectopic. My Fallopian tube ruptured at 7w5d. I had surgery, but kept my tube. They will be able to tell at US and since its early, if it IS one you probably won't need surgery.<br /> Good luck! Also, it's not always tubal, it's very rare but can sometimes be implanted elsewhere. I hope that doesn't worry you, it's more likely implantation cramps which are normal BUT I'd call the doctor and describe your pain, they will probably get you in earlier.
