<description>&#60;p&#62;@Corduroy:  I would find some positive stuff to focus on, and not be too critical of yourself in a self-review!  I used to work in a consulting firm and found that there was a huge gender skew to self-reviews... guys would rarely write anything negative about themselves!

<description>&#60;p&#62;My company is just getting around to 2015 reviews.  My 2015 was not great.  I couldn't do a big portion of my job because of pregnancy and then I had LO2 in June.  I came back in Oct but didn't accomplish much before year end.  I've come to terms with not judging myself too harshly on a daily basis but it sucks to have to write about a less than exceptional year.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anybody else feel the same or have magic tips for ways to approach it?
