@Becky: I really like that three times rules! Works for a lot of health-related things now that I think about it

But I mainly wanted to just agree with you that I will get my period, no matter how early, ANYTIME I travel! And I'm like clock-work normally but if there's a trip in there, all bet's are off. We almost had to miss our first IUI cycle last year {that I was feeling incredibly hopeful about at the time} because my period arrived a full week early while we were in Montana, UGH.

@bloved: I'm very regular too, and usually if it IS going to be a bit messed up it'll be early, but I agree with above posters that I would wait it out as well. I sometimes think our uteruses are just being moody or stubborn because we somehow 'offended' them this month! Or at least I know *mine* has a whole mind of her own!

Ive had a couple weirdly long cycles now since my period cam back after lo2, whereas I was always regular before. Like, this past cycle was 40 days 🤷‍♀️ I think I remember my dr saying to come in if it was more than 60 days

I'd wait it out. I think women typically have two anovulatory cycles per year which are typically longer.

My OB/GYN waits until something happens 3 times before considering it abnormal unless there are other symptoms. There are lots of reasons your period could be late, like stress, diet changes, exercise, and just time. It could be your new normal to have longer cycles (mine have shifted so that one month my cycle is like 28-30 and the next it’s 32-36 days, and it took me months to figure that out). Every time I travel out of state I get my period early 🙄

Wait it out I think. Probably you ovulated late for some reason or not at all, both of which can be normal now and then. I’ve had a few 90 day cycles where they gave me provera to induce a period but I think you’ve got a while before they would think much of it. It is soooooo annoying to wait for af, I’m sorry you’re in limbo!

All my life I had pretty irregular cycles. However, after giving birth to my son two years ago, my cycles have become super regular since they returned- basically 29-31 days consistently.

This month, I am on cycle day 41 and no period in sight. I am NOT concerned I am pregnant as I have been testing with Wondfos every day. Is there any reason to call the doctor to get checked (health reason, I mean)? Or is it just something annoying to wait out?

(Also want to add, even when I was irregular prior to my son, I always had my period by now, so it’s all weird to me).
