Your HCG number doesn't matter much on it's own. It's doubling time that matters. So one test won't tell you much. I'd assume all is well at this point. You are definitely pregnant! At 14 DPO mine was 150, at 16DPO it was 350 and at 18DPO it was 800ish. And mine was more than doubling, so yours sounds perfect. The hcg levels seem very different for each of the two (18 dpo vs 4w1d). She sent me to the ER where they did another u/a and saw a tiny 2mm (potential) sac. I had to go there to get a shot because I'm RH-, so annoying. They gave it to me and sent me home with info on both threatened miscarriage and bleeding in early pregnancy - talk about hedging your bets.</p> <p>My betas came back at 739 at 4w which the ER doc said was low but after looking online I'm confused because I have seen a variety of levels that are normal at 4W.</p> <p>On vacation but stopped and got an HPT to see if there was a difference - holy crap, the FRER positive line is DARKER than the control, which happened with DD. </p> <p>Anyone have any insight on a 739 beta at 4 w? The best advice I could give is to try and get an ultrasound right away. I hope that's not the case for you though. I had what I thought was a period, on time (red blood, used tampons), and then a couple days after it finished I started using opks. I got a positive on cd8, which I thought was weird, so I tested w a hpt and got a positive. Sadly, I miscarried about a week later (5.5 weeks). Initially my beta numbers doubled, but then started decreasing. There are some women who get bleeding every month while pregnant. Also can be implantation. But if the test is positive, you are pregnant.
