I went to someone in LA, CA (if you need a referral please let me know!) She did long strokes so it looks very natural and not like I took a sharpie to my eyebrows. I LOVE the eyeliner but it hurt like crazy to have it done. Getting eyebrows done was like cake compared to the eyeliner.
