Stuff with corn starch in it feeds the yeast so read labels. We also used a blow dryer on low/cool at each diaper change &amp; did alot of baking soda soaks. We used the cream for a full 5 days after the rash cleared up to make sure it was gone &amp; also started P on a probiotic to make sure the yeast stayed in check. We've been using Nystatin cream on and off for a couple months but it just keeps coming back. </p>
