It was mostly pressure. No pain for me. Everyone is different. I took two Advil in the car on the way to the appointment and had a few cramps that afternoon. I got pregnant 2-3 cycles later on my second cycle of Clomid. Good luck! Honestly nothing is as painful as not being able to have a LO.
