We were about to start our first IVF cycle when I got pregnant without assistance! This may be unconventional advice, but when you're ovulating, go out and have a few drinks. I know several people who conceived when they were being sloppy and just having fun! I had a "lost weekend" after my 2nd IUI and now I'm 14.5 weeks pregnant!</p> <p>Is there a reason your clinic didn't convert you to an IVF cycle when they discovered you had so many mature follicles? I remember one girl on WB had severe diminished ovarian reserve (or whatever the technical term is), her DH had severe male fertility problems and they were told there was no chance they'd get pregnant without a donor egg. On their last natural "eff it" cycle they got pregnant, on their own, with no donor egg or medical help. </p> <p>So I definitely think it's possible and don't think you're crazy for hoping. When are you expecting AF?
