Ah, great, thank you! I think they are both going to be nice, but i can't really differentiate any major differences. We just want to go somewhere warm (I'll be too big to travel in April) and I want to read, lay by the pool, take in some views, eat some yummy food, and just generally relax. We talked about going to an all inclusive in Mexico, but we can get more bang for our buck by staying in the US. The spas are probably too expensive for me to want to indulge....I can't stand paying $100 for a pedicure when I can get one for $20 right by my house :)

Both are gorgeous, you can't go wrong! They do jack up prices everywhere for March, so usually if we have family flying they come the last day or so in Feb or leave the first day or two in April to save a little on airfare. They still get AZ in March, but save on travel costs.

We stay at Royal Palms every year for spring training. It's beautiful and relaxing. I'm not familiar with the other hotel.

There is a spa there but I've never used any of the services.

Both are nice. Sanctuary has more of a modern, hip vibe up in the mountains. Royal Palms is like a Mediterranean-style estate. Sanctuary has a reknowned spa; not sure about Royal Palms. Both have nice restaurants - T. Cook's at the Royal Palms is European while Elements at Sanctuary is Asian. I don't think you can go wrong, it depends on what's more your style. Sanctuary is newer, but Royal Palms may have been renovated relatively recently. Have a great time!

Total shot in the dark, anyone familiar with either? We're looking to getaway in March before this baby comes!

Thanks!
