<description>&#60;p&#62;I'd probably do a pasta salad (one with Italian dressing instead of mayo) and maybe a Mediterranean plate (olives, grape leaves, dried tomatoes, peppers, etc.) You could also maybe do some kind of granola bar - with nuts, honey, dried fruit and so on.

There will be a lot of vegetarians and vegans.  so I would like to have atleast one vegan dish, one vegetarian dish and one regular dish. Any picnic food ideas will be great. I thought about fruit skewers but they wilt and look awful in high heat
