My sister has a bump above her lip that looks like a pimple, but it never changes and has been there for I feel like well over a year now. I wonder if I should mention something to her, but I'm not sure if that would be insulting.</p> <p>I'm super acne prone and always have pimples, but most start to heal within a few days. I thought I had a pimple bump from pregnancy but it ended up being skin cancer too.
