I’ve put purple desitin on but looks the same. There’s really no real rash otherwise, not red or raw or anything and she’s not bothered by wiping. </p> <p>Today I noticed it’s spreading - little whiteheads. It’s been 100+ and humid here so yeast definitely crosses my mind. We’re all so sweaty. Should I try adding an anti fungal in? Thoughts? </p>
