<description>&#60;p&#62;My daughter has had several yeast rashes.  Our ped recommended applying a thin layer of Lotrimin (basically foot fungus or jock itch cream) twice a day for 5 days but it was usually gone sooner than that.

<description>&#60;p&#62;12mo has had a couple pimple looking bumps in her diaper for a couple days. I’ve put purple desitin on but looks the same. There’s really no real rash otherwise, not red or raw or anything and she’s not bothered by wiping. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Today I noticed it’s spreading - little whiteheads. It’s been 100+ and humid here so yeast definitely crosses my mind. We’re all so sweaty. Should I try adding an anti fungal in? Thoughts?
