Yup I've gotten them on my chest, belly, and legs. I didn't even think to ask my doc about them since they don't cause me any issues they are just annoying.

I read about this in one of my pregnancy books. I think they are spider veins. Totally benign and nothing you can do about them. Caused by hormones

Ever since I got pregnant (I'm now 23w 4d), I have noticed I'm getting these little red dots. They are all over my chest, and I have some on my hands, arms, and a few on my torso. They are, like, a millimeter or two in diameter, and many of them have veins that kind of spider out from them. Some of them are raised. They don't itch. They don't bother me, but they are ugly. Has any one else had these? I am going to ask my OB about it next week, but am also considering going to see a dermatologist. Here are a couple of photos of one of the bigger ones on my finger.
