I've been having this for a little over a month. My doctor actually sent me to the hospital for it just in case. Turns out it's just my pelvis shifting and the baby headbutting my cervix, but I wasn't anywhere close to dilating. Hurts like hell, but there isn't really anything you can do. :(

Anyone ever feel a pinching feeling in their cervix during the 3rd tri? Every now and then I feel a pinching feeling and I just have to be still until it passes. I'm 32 weeks 4 days.

I've been following the mayo clinic guide to healthy pregnancy book and looked ahead to next week and read that this could actually be my cervix starting to dilate.

Any of you experience this?
