My doctor actually sent me to the hospital for it just in case. Turns out it's just my pelvis shifting and the baby headbutting my cervix, but I wasn't anywhere close to dilating. Every now and then I feel a pinching feeling and I just have to be still until it passes. I'm 32 weeks 4 days. </p> <p>I've been following the mayo clinic guide to healthy pregnancy book and looked ahead to next week and read that this could actually be my cervix starting to dilate. </p> <p>Any of you experience this? </p>
