My son had a bright red icing cupcake and his poop was a lighter red/pink. I think the more vibrant the icing, the more likely the poop will be a weird color. I almost had a heart attack last summer when the toilet bowl was bright red after my daughter had a BM, but quickly remembered she had a red Icee the day before. Her next BM was normal again, so I didn’t worry.
