I found someone else asking a similar question on another forum and one of the responders had a good point…if I’m only doing it twice a week wouldn't my progesterone levels fluctuate up and down throughout the week? That just doesn't seem right to me. But I don't know the dosage. We eventually upped my dose of that when I had some very very slight spotting but my doctor made the decision this week to switch me to PIO (progesterone in oil) injections. From what I've read most ladies who use them for after/during IVF get a shot every day. My doctor is having me take the shot twice a week? Does anyone else have any experience with this? If you've gone the twice a week route what was the outcome, did it help your pregnancy? </p>
