<description>&#60;p&#62;@Twolittlemen:   Yes! I did 21 day fix. I didn't stick to the eating plan very well but did work on my portions / eating more healthy, and I did the workouts pretty religiously. I lost 6lbs and overall really liked the workouts. It was nice that every day was something different and they are only 30 minutes. With the holidays I sort of fell off the bandwagon because I feel like there are not enough hours in the day, but I'm hoping to start the workouts again soon!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@HappyBaker:  I'm on my 2nd week of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I really like it so far. The eating plan has been great and the workouts are good. You can eat a ton, but really have to meal plan. I lost 4 lbs last week. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My coach was/is on the Bee, but we talk through IG, if you want a coach. It's been nice to have someone hounding me to be sure I'm doing ok with it and to keep me supported.

I haven't gotten annoyed with the trainer yet (I was ready to strangle Jillian by week two when I did her 30 Day Shred).  We use the containers, kinda, and we opted not to do the shakes and I'm still seeing results.

<description>&#60;p&#62;21 day fix is awesome! I love the workouts. They are only 30 minutes and go by so fast. I kind of follow the containers, some days are better than others. If I don't meal plan it makes it harder but I can usually find enough random items to fill them up for the day  :happy:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Eta: I have piyo as well and the workouts just don't keep me focused. I got really bored.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I love piyo! For me, it's a great complement to cardio workouts (I'm a runner). But alone I'm not sure would burn enough calories for significant weight loss. I haven't tried 21 day fix but I think the nutritional part of it is a big factor in success.

I love going to real life fitness classes but it just doesn't work out with our crazy schedule right now. I just ran a 5k (barely, ha!) but still need to lose quite a bit of weight and get in better shape. &#60;/p&#62;
