The pills helped while I took them but I had a small placenta or something because I didn't get too many pills. Once they ran out I got PPD and PPA and a few months later lost a lot of hair. But I had a really difficult newborn and months of sleep deprivation so I think I had the odds against me. I was so anxious, unable to sleep? and experiencing PPD symptoms and after I stopped taking them after a few days I felt 100x better! I've heard about this happening to a few women. Good for people who do it, but there are a lot of things involved that I don't want to get involved with-- having a stranger in your house dehydrating it, SO having to leave the hospital to bring it to the person who is dehydrating it, and just generally, it's sort of gross and weird to me. </p> <p>BUT, I totally don't judge anyone who wants to.
