So many awesome options, thank you. My aunt is making us a quilt, so I'm looking for inspiration....figure that will probably just get sheets and maybe a crib skirt.

I bought sheets and breathable bumpers. My grandmother made a quilt that is large enough for my LO to use when he has a toddler bed. I also started an extra quilt but I haven't touched it since DS was born 4 months ago.

I got all mine during a Target sale- $2 each for fitted crib sheets, since we weren't going for more matching other than blues and browns. Even got one of the super soft blankets for $4 instead of $19!

I remember obsessively searching for bedding, and then realizing what a waste it ultimately was since I had no use for the bumper and changing pad covers. The quilt was also a no-go, though we did use it for a play blanket for a while.

That said, I love Dwell, but it's $$$. Dwell for Target stuff is cute!

I am ordering custom from an Etsy seller. I love that I can have just the pieces I want made (crib skirt, crib sheets, change pad cover, curtains, toy hammock and throw quilt) and don't have to worry about dealing with the stuff I won't use (bumper pads, diaper stacker). It does take 8-12 weeks from most sellers, but I did get swatches before I made the final decisions, so I can choose paint and such from the swatches.

they're not fancy but i love the cloud & stars sheets - you just unzip the top section to change them and you don't have to take off the bottom.

I totally recommend Etsy, too. My mom made DS2's bedding with fabric from Etsy, but that sire sourcedvmy inspiration for both boys bedding.

You could also try Giggle, Rosenberry Rooms, or Carousel Designs.

Although I have not purchased any myself yet. Just going to agree with the others on ETSY! I love that place and all the possibilities. If you have something specific in mind someone will make it for you! LOVE ETSY!!!!

We did etsy as well, and just bought the skirt and some sheets in cool patterns we liked. No need for bumpers/quitls/diaper stackers

We didn't take particular interest in crib bedding only because we figured with all the concern with SIDS, we couldn't have crib bumpers or a duvet until LO was at least a year old. So we just got a neutral fitted crib sheet and I'm going to be making a crib skirt (eventually).

Etsy? I didn't buy any bedding, just seperates. I got sheets and breathable bumpers, and a crib skirt. I figured you can't put it in the crib anyway, so why spend all that money on bedding.
