Oh yeah. My LO never took pacis, but some friends of ours would put like 15 in the crib every night. Worked for them!

We put 5 in there every night. We also got a mesh crib bumper to help keep them in. It has worked like a charm :) I'm all for it.

We put at least three pacifiers in his crib when he sleeps. When I put him down, he has one in his mouth and I put one in each hand and another around his head.

It doesn't help when he is angry and then stands up and throws all of them out of the crib..... and then he cries because he doesn't have any pacifiers.... ohhhh babies

We did this (usually one the mouth and one near each hand and got the glow in the dark ones so DS could more easily find them.

This helped us a lot. We always keep at least 2 wubbanubs in her crib because if one falls through the slats and onto the floor she can find the other one.

@belugabean sprinkle away! the book suggested like 8 in the crib. I know some people put it in a bowl in the corner so its contained.

@bunnylove08: She totally does. She taught herself how to do that when we sleep trained her.

So LO pretty much sleeps 6:00pm-7:30am (or later). However, when she does wake up, it's usually because she can't find her pacifier. She has a few extras besides her favorite one so I'm thinking of putting two more in the crib, in opposite corners, so that no matter where her main pacifier ends up, she can see and reach another one.

Will this work? I hope so because I usually know that's why she's crying because I can see that she threw her pacifier way across the crib but I try to let her find it before I go in there.
