They are hard bottomed though. Still light for her while walking, although I don't LOVE them. Now she has black shoes and I like them because they go with everything. I got them at a consignment store.... I don't like to spend too much on shoes because she'll only wear them for a few months, if that. She'll be walking soon so we need a soft sole.</p> <p>Any suggestions on where to look or brands? </p>
