Maybe for my 30th. And when I have kids I will always tell them how beautiful they are and help them realize their best features. My mom is constantly telling us how beautiful we are. Do you worry the changes you made will adversely affect how your child feels about their own looks?</p> <p>Remember how transformed Jennifer Grey looked with her new nose? Some changes are in keeping with the person's "before" and other's are definitely different. </p>
