My LO goes nuts with throwing things around and it just less destructive. It also packs up a lot easier - I'm pretty happy with my decision. The paint flakes off pretty easily, and if your LO bangs it into a wall or the floor, sometimes it will leave a lovely streak of whatever color it is there. Ugh. My dad and I are going to build C a play kitchen. I was debating about food. The Melissa and Doug food sets are SO CUTE. I like the idea of wood food, I guess thinking it would be more durable?</p> <p>Is wooden food worth the extra cost? What did you buy? </p>
