<description>&#60;p&#62;thanks for all the suggestions!  will def look into it further!  we have an area rug on our hardwood floor, but it's still pretty hard.  DH and I don't even want to get on the floor to play w/ LO b/c it's so hard!  right now, i've padded down the area LO plays on w/ thicker blankets and/or towels (w/ supervision).
