I just flip it on its side and spray it off easily, super light to move around but sturdy. It was easy to put together thanks to the preassembled walls, and it’s held up really well in our shady backyard. I chose it because it was the best combo of affordable and inoffensive color I could find. Note that the back side "wall" is really more of a connector, as it doesn't go all the way to the floor. So we reached out to our handyman and he is pricing out a few build options for us. This is the picture we sent him as inspiration - but we don't want the platform/slide/ladder - just the house portion. This is something that he could build in his workshop and just deliver, so it seems like a really safe way to support a small business. The two bigger ones are almost 6 &amp; 3. Our yard has a lot of tree cover, so the playhouse will take some beating with leaves and sticks occasionally falling on it, so we want something relatively durable. We already have a swingset and sandbox, so we’re looking for a standalone playhouse.</p> <p>I’ve seen the kid kraft ones, but am not sure about durability.</p> <p>Suggestions? </p>
