DD asked (for the first time) to go down for a nap into her crib. She can't talk yet, but literally took her bottle into her room and waited for me to put her in there. Then I hear noises and check on her. She's playing! If she was sleepy before, she's totally awake now, but quietly playing. This has happened before, and it's starting to affect her nap time.

I normally let her sleep it out, meaning she's in there for longer. But her nap time, that I've worked so hard to establish, is being pushed later and later. Her naps were the only stable thing we had, it was more stable than her sleep schedule, so I'm wondering what I can do to preserve it.

Or do I just hope it's a phase and roll with it? She's 15 months old.
