They'll cook in half the time and generally be way less difficult to deal with. Can you make stuffing in a slow cooker or just a pan? That's a lot to manage in terms of heating everything at the same time to be ready for dinner. Just have a plan for using oven/stovetop/microwave, including taking the turkeys out early enough to heat everything else. You could definitely do fewer sides with more of the remaining ones and I'm sure people would be happy. </p>
