@banana: It sounds EXACTLY the same! I will do what you said and keep stretching and massaging then. Hopefully it won't last too long. I did already get a wrist brace so I wear that to bed and on and off during the day. My wrist isn't the problem as much as my numb fingers are. It does help with it though.

Again, thank you very much, I really appreciate all of your feedback, it definitely made me feel better that someone actually knows what I'm feeling :)

@amohror: Yeah, my doc recommended I stretch it out. My pain was right where the bottom of my toes and my foot met (hope that makes sense). Not ON my toe but right at the base of my toes. It hurt when I walked and it felt like it was just about to cramp but never did. It was so annoying. It didn't help that I had swelling on my foot too. I would keep massaging/stretching it out. I would do circles (like grab your toes and move them in circles) and do front/back stretches and ankle stretches. And also keep your feel elevated as much as possible. For the hand pain, I used a wrist guard (which helped SO much) and would take it off every 30 minutes and do wrist/hand stretches.

This is the wrist guard that I bought:

Hope the pain goes away soon for you!!!

@banana: That's probably what it is. So it should be ok to keep stretching my toes out even though it hurts? It is right by my toes, my toes themselves don't actually hurt, it feels like the tendons right beneath, front and back. I also have the carpal tunnel on my right side. My fingers are numb almost all the time, especially my middle finger for some reason! I'll try to keep stretching everything out and keep massaging my foot. Thank you so much for everything :)

@amohror: Yeah, it sounds like what I had too. My doc said it was a nerve pinch on my foot. I massaged it a lot (well, my husband did) and tried to stretch it out as much as possible. Is it right by your toes? I also had carpal tunnel on my right arm/hand because of that same nerve on the my right side. Sorry... I know it's uncomfortable. =\ The only thing that helped me was drinking lots of water and foot massages. It'll eventually go away but it may take a little while.

@banana: Not much better :( I let it soak in warm water with epsom salt, then a while later I put ice on it and elevated it for a good hour and a half. I have been drinking plenty of water and I ate a banana lol. I tried walking completely flat on it but it still hurts. It almost feels like when I step on it that it needs to pop or something, like there is a lot of pressure. I'm not sure if I should stay off of it or just keep walking on it. I tried going on my tippy toes with both feet and I could feel it stretching out my tendons..ehh!

@amohror: I used to get BAD foot/leg cramps when I was pregnant with my son and it felt just like a bruise. It went away after a few days. I was told it was the sciatica nerve? How do you feel now? Is it any better?

@mrs. wagon: I'll keep that in mind! Ugh....I'm literally limping around the house! My right hand has already been numb the last couple of weeks so I've been dealing with that, now my right foot is in pain...my right side just doesn't love me!

I had horrible hand pain late in the third trimester last pregnancy-- couldn't make a fist no matter how hard I tried!! The inflamed joints are a common symptom... can't remember if the same happened with my feet but both hands were so incredibly painful. My OB compared it with arthritis.

Good Morning Ladies!

I woke up this morning with a bad feeling in my right toes/foot. It almost feels like they are going to cramp up but they aren't. It hurts really bad to walk on it. I tried to bend my toes and foot back in case it was a cramp but it didn't help any. It hurts if I bend my toes forward or back and when I press below my toes on the top and bottom of my foot. It feels like it's terribly bruised or something. It doesn't seem to be swollen either. I'm 33 weeks. I posted this on Weddingbee as well, just trying to get some feedback from anyone.

Any thoughts ladies? Should I be concerned?
