It absolutely breaks my heart that the person that was suppose to protect this baby, failed her so greatly and is still defending this monster.</p> <p>@LemonLong: Apparently they first said she fell down the stairs and then when the doctors saw her test results the injuries did not match. That is when the guy took off. She accuses the father of shaking him, but the father says one of his young daughters accidentally dropped him. It's been probably 2 years and the father hasn't been charged. The doctors don't expect the child to walk or talk because of the brain damage caused. He is responsible for hurting his GF's 18 month old. She ran to the store (why she left him with some on drugs is beyond me). He shook this little girl so hard she only has function of her brain stem-meaning her body will continue to breathe and her heart will beat, but she will never walk, talk, or function normally. She is blind, and to be honest they were suprised when she kept fighting after being taken off life support.</p> <p>He is still on the run-this happened Juky 15th and they still haven't found him. He is believed to bein the IA, WI , IL area, but could be anywhere.
