@MrsADS: One thing you can do is buy the really cheap Wondfo on Amazon. Then POAS from the time of O. Then you will see when the trigger shot is out of your system.

Thanks everyone for your sweet words. It really makes a difference. BFN this morning, but no sign of AF. I got my trigger shot last Tuesday, but maybe I didn't ovulate till Thursday so it's earlier in my cycle than I think it is? I dunno. It's depressing to get my hopes up again.

I think it was out of my system by 12-13 DPO. I'm drawing a blank but I think my trigger shot was out of the system by 8 DPO.

Tested this evening after holding my pee for a few hours. Stark white BFN. But no AF or symptoms of impending AF. Guess I will test again tomorrow with FMU. Ugggh

I triggered with 10,000iu of Novarel and it was out of my system 7-8 days after I triggered. My doctor said while possible, it is pretty rare to still test positive from the trigger after 10 days.

If I'm remembering correctly, I feel like 13 dpo was a safe bet. I would wait and test tomorrow morning! I think 12 dpo is in the safety zone, but I was terrified of getting a false positive. Are you taking progesterone? That also delays getting AF, but I'm hoping a BFP is the reason you haven't started yet!

I don't have personal experience, but from what I've read on these boards, it seems that the shot should be out of your system. Go ahead and POAS! and then POAS tomorrow, and if it's darker, it's a true positive. Good luck!

I had my HCG trigger shot 13 days ago. So, I'm roughly 12 dpo. Usually I get AF by now because I have a short luteal phase. I have no impending AF symptoms, either, so I am getting curious (nervous!) that maybe this is my BFP.

I want to POAS but I am nervous that if I test now and get a BFP, it could be from the HCG trigger and not a real BFP. Stuff I read online says it's 10-11 days for the HCG to be out of your system, but... I don't know.

Anyone have experience?
