@Cole: Ha, I have been eyeing the crumbling grout in my guest bathroom since I've been peeing so much. I'm glad I haven't looked into how to repair grout yet.

The people who redid our kitchen put in light colored grout and didn't seal it. So while 40 weeks pregnant I started scrubbing on hands and knees. I only made it halfway before being exhausted and losing my mucus plug so I was afraid to keep going and be tired for labor. I didn't go into labor and my floor stool has half clean grout lines and half filthy. My baby is 7 months old...

I just had my entire linen closet and all the junk in it all over the hallway floor for days because my mother emptied it out and then I didn't have the energy to sort and organize it. Now I've mostly got it done but it's still kind of in the way. We also did a major overhaul of our bedroom/office, with new furniture and everything. But now it's about 80% done and the rest is just waiting for more time spent organizing and honestly I'm just done? So that'll just sit there.

Hilarious! I am sure something like this happened to me but I don't remeber. To be honest, this is how my lifelong approach to deep cleaning is, nesting or otherwise.

I'm 39w2d and seem to be choosing my nesting projects poorly. Yesterday I decided to remove and wash LO1's Nextfit car seat cover for the first time. I knew it would be a PITA but it had to suddenly be cleaned right then. I barely got it off and planned to have DH reinstall it but forgot that I have to do it to pick LO up from daycare today. Luckily I just managed to do it well enough.

I wish I could rest on the couch for a while but that's another incomplete project. Somehow LO was sent home from daycare without a pull up yesterday and she peed all over the couch. I decided I should remove my couch slip cover and the couch cushion covers (which I had never done before) and wash them. I haven't been able to get the couch cushion covers back on after washing so I can't lay on the couch.

Anybody else get themselves into pickles while nesting? I think DH is afraid to come home tonight after what he came home to last night.
