Now I really appreciate Good Night Moon is actually pretty educational as far as all of the items LO can look for. We both don't like Guess HOw Much I Love You (the bunny one). The wording just doesn't flow well. I didn't like Goodnight Moon at first because I found it very dreary. My daughter loves it though - she's always picking that one out. I don't mind it as much now. However, Goodnight Moon has all of a sudden become a staple in our house. "Goodnight nobody, goodnight mush" still creeps me out though. </p> <p>I think the reason I've started to love it is because Wagon Jr. has created a nonsense word and cracks himself up with it while reading Goodnight Moon. He interjects the word "bampers" regularly in the story and giggles uncontrollably. It was kind of annoying at first but now bampers is a constant word in our house. For me, I'm not that into Sandra Boynton books even though they are super popular. They're ok but I just don't love them.</p> <p>Also a lot of Dr Seuss books because I think it's hard for kids to get into the illustrations since they can't tell what those things are (though I do love Mr Brown can Moo).</p> <p>I'm not really into Goodnight Moon either. </p> <p>What are some popular children's books that you're just not into? </p>
